Can Frank & Bill’s help me get a rental car to drive during my repair?
Yes! Our team will work with you to ensure a rental car is available, as determined by your insurance policy.
How long can I anticipate my vehicle to be in your shop?
We strive to have each repair completed as quickly as possible, in order to get you back in your vehicle and driving safely! However, there are a lot of factors that go into determining how long it will take to repair each specific vehicle, including the severity of the repair and the availability of any necessary parts. As we work with you through the estimate process, our staff will be able to provide an estimated timeline for how long your repair may take.
Is my repair warrantied? How long is the warranty for?
Frank & Bill’s stands behind our work. We warranty all of our repairs and paint work for as long as you own the vehicle. Warranty on individual parts, however, may vary based on the manufacturer.
Can you fix other damages unrelated to my accident while my vehicle is already being repaired?
We are always happy to provide an estimate to repair any other damages. Please let us know about any unrelated damage you would like to have fixed at your estimate appointment. This will allow us time to provide you with a comprehensive breakdown of potential costs.
How long should I wait after my repair to wash or wax my vehicle?
After fresh paint, you can wash your car as soon as it is returned to you – although, Frank & Bill's always returns your car clean and freshly washed! We recommend you wait at least 30 days to wax your vehicle post-repair.
What should I do with my insurance check?
If you receive a check from your insurance company for your repairs, just hold onto the check and bring it with you when your car is complete and ready for pick up.
I was just in an accident and don’t know what to do – where do I start?
We recommend reaching out to our office and speaking to one of our trained staff members. Every situation is different, and our team can help you schedule an appointment for an estimate, work with your specific insurance company, and guide you through any additional steps necessary to make sure your car is repaired as efficiently and easily as possible.

I’ve never been in an accident before – what should I expect from the estimate process?
If your vehicle is still safely drivable, make an appointment with one of our estimators and bring your car to us! Our team will take a look at the damages, write a preliminary estimate while you wait, and then go over the estimate and necessary repairs with you and answer any questions you may have.
If your vehicle was towed to our shop, an estimator will take a look at the vehicle, write the preliminary estimate, and then give you a call to discuss the necessary repairs.
Once your estimate is complete and your questions are answered, our team will take care of any necessary communication with your insurance company and get started on the repairs.
